My name is Shufiq Hussain, and I am the CEO and founder of this dedicated learning space.  We primarily provide academic and personal support and mentoring for students  by offering a variety of services and workshops to ensure they fulfil their full potential.  We also foster a positive and caring environment where students feel confident, motivated, and supported in their academic journeys.

Using my  18 years experience as an educator, being a GCSE Examiner and coach, I can  offer a wide range of programs that cater to different learning styles, whether it’s one-on-one tutoring, group classes, or exam preparation as well as other extra-curricular pursuits. Our goal is to make learning engaging and effective, empowering students to achieve excellence in their studies and beyond.

At Solid Foundations, we understand that education is more than just grades — it’s about building skills, boosting confidence, and preparing students for future success. I’m proud to work with passionate educators, coaches, mentors and youth workers who share this vision and work tirelessly to support every young person in their academic and personal journey.

In addition, since learning is a lifelong journey, whether you’re a student, educator, parent, or lifelong learner, our vision is also  to help you achieve your individual goals and develop your skills. We are in the process of creating activities and workshops that also caters to adults so they too can achieve their full potential.
