Shufiq has tutored 2 of my daughters through Year 9, 10 & 11. The small group sessions work well and children love her because she has infectious energy & enthusiasm and she makes the lessons fun and stimulating while providing critical tools to tackle English questions. To my delight, my daughters began standing out in English lessons at school due to the impressive knowledge gained from tuition of concepts and their new confidence. My daughter used to hate English through secondary school but is now midway through A level English thanks to Shufiq.
My daughter was struggling with English, and her performance as well as her confidence in the subject had dropped. However, since starting these tuition classes with sister Shufiq, my daughter has grown in confidence and in her most recent exam got 89% compared to significantly lower grades in previous years. I would highly recommend Shufiq’s lessons, I’m glad I booked these lessons for my daughter!
Over the course of year 8 and year 9, I have been tutored by Miss Hussain, and have become better ever since I started tuitions with her, she is a great teacher and you can ask help from her any time and she will go through the understanding of the subject. I enjoy her classes in a group, to hear what others have thought about the question/topic and what they have written, she always gives feedback on what we could do better, and what good use of techniques or words we have referred to. If we want to cover a certain topic, she will try her best to make us understand it better. I would gladly continue to take classes with her to improve even more, she is an excellent and bright teacher and I would definitely recommend her, especially if you are taking GCSES soon.
Miss Hussain is a very dedicated teacher, is very approachable and sincerely cares for her students. My daughter has been tutored by her for the last few years and I have found her vocabulary has immensely improved and she loves writing. Thanks to Miss Hussain whose encouragement and guidancehas played a key role in my daughter’s love for story writing.
Shufiq has been instrumental in boosting my daughters condense and academic performance. Through engaging lessons and personalized attention, Shufiq has helped my daughter excel in her studies.
